 James Stephen (Steve) Morgan,
CPM, Principal Broker Steve has over 30 years of experience in
property management. Steve focused exclusively on property
management, rather than real estate sales, during this time. Steve
earned his Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute
of Real Estate Management in 1984. Steve moved to Maui in 1988 and
has been providing property management services on Maui ever since.
Steve's dedication to property management has earned him an
excellent reputation on Maui, which is evident by the loyalty shown
by long-term business associates. Steve has separated himself from
other property management companies based on Maui by focusing his
energies on property management.

 Lonny McNeil - Lonny is Vice
President of Asset Property Management and is an educated and
experienced property manager in the Condominium Association field
and in construction/maintenance. Indeed, Lonny has extensive
credentials in both fields, including holding a Hawaii Real Estate
Broker License; Lonny also holds the designation of; Certified
Manager of Community Associations, PCAM designation (Professional
Community Association Manager) and as a previously Licensed Hawaii
Contractor (worked as Construction Superintendent in the
construction of as many as 600 mainland condominium units). Thus,
Lonny’s background, experience and character is ideally suited the
property management industry.
Bob Dunning – Bob is an Account
Manager for Asset Property Management. Bob retired from the US Army
following 28 years commissioned service and then from Waste
Management, Inc. after a 10 year period as President and General
Manager of the company's collection and recycling programs.
Bob has been a Director of Menehune Shores AOAO here on Maui for the
past six years and served the past three years as Board President.
Bob’s background of service and in depth condominium experience is a
valuable quality.
Bob was educated at Georgetown University in Washington, DC and the
United States Military Academy at West Point, NY from which he
graduated with an MS Degree. He holds MA degrees from Central
Michigan University and the Naval War College.
